WCNI, 90.9, the Connecticut College radio
station, was
off the air for a few weeks in January, 2008 to complete much needed studio
renovations and equipment repair/upgrades. We were
back on
the air as of saturday, January 27th. Everybody
is very happy about the new studio improvements.
There
was an article
in the New London Times on the week of February 15th,
talking about the renovations and other changes at WCNI.
CCBA
and Connecticut College have agreed upon a new structure for station
oversight and ownership. The station is now owned and operated by
Connecticut College Community Radio (CCCR).
